Assessment and Analysis:
Conducting thorough evaluations of current processes, systems, and culture to identify areas for improvement (e,g., qualitative analysis, recruitment and hiring audit).
Training and Development:
Providing workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance skills and promote a culture of inclusivity (i.e., half-day and full day workshops on topics such as Equitable Cultures, Microaggressions, Bias in Hiring, Inclusive Performance Management, etc.).
Coaching:
Providing one-on-one coaching for executives, team leads, and individual employees to enhance their understanding and support of diversity, equity, and inclusion (e.g, Reflective Practice for Managers, project-based guidance).
Facilitation:
Providing guidance to ensure a focus on inclusivity and engagement, creating a space for open dialogue, helping you achieve your goals with clarity and purpose (i.e., team retreats, stakeholder meetings, discussion panels, etc.).

Hi, I’m Coronda

I consider myself a unicorn in a field of horses, because I believe that we deserve a bit of magic in life. And unfortunately due to marginalization, discrimination, and oppression many individuals miss out on the magic. What I enjoy most is working with folks to help them do hard things. My journey to where I am today both professionally and personally were shaped and influenced by hard things. It is my purpose to help you transform an abstract concept into a meaningful outcome for your organization and your people. Being that diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts are not a side project but a critical organizational change process I love decoding the roadblocks to cut through barriers of resistance, indifference, and busyness to institute meaningful, effective, and sustained change. 

I have consulted with small businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion; organizational change; training, learning, and development; inclusive hiring and onboarding; and leadership and team development.
